How a Ve Social evening works

Create an Account
Create a Ve Social account and fill in the details on your profile.
Book an Event
Browse curated events and purchase a ticket through our vendor, Eventbrite.
Complete the Questionnaire
Each event requires you to have a completed questionnaire so we can match you based on your answers - this can be used across multiple events.
Receive your Top Matches
Your Top 3 matches will be emailed to you the day before the event - keep an eye out for them when you get there!
Meet on the night
Reveal your schedule and meet your most compatible matches face to face! This is also when you'll get to see a list of all of your other matches.

How do I access my profile and the rest of the website?
Once you create an account and have signed in, you can access your personal Hub by clicking the 'My Hub' button in the top right. This is where you can find your personal profile, a list of all of the events you've joined, your mutual matches, and the event page with your individual schedule on the day of your events!
How does the matchmaking work?
After you complete a short questionnaire, our system compares your answers with every other confirmed attendee and calculates your most compatible matches. On the day, you will be given a schedule of dates based on your most compatible matches. The evening before the event, we email your top three dating and/or friendship matches so you can keep an eye out for them on the day.
Do I need to complete the questionnaire?
Yes — the questionnaire is required to be eligible for matchmaking. It's reusable across every Ve Social event you attend, and you can update your answers at any time.
What's included in my ticket?
Your ticket covers entry, and your personalised match schedule for the evening. Ticketing is handled by our vendor, Eventbrite.
Can I attend for friendship only?
Absolutely. Our mixed Dating & Friendship events let you choose friendship, dating, or both.
When do I see my schedule?
Your personalised schedule is revealed on the event page during the event itself — so your matches stay fresh and up to date right up to the night.
Why am I not in my top matches Top 3?
Everyone has different scores so it's very possible that they may score higher with other people, meanwhile you scored highest with those in your top 3. The honourable mentions section shows those that had you in their top 3, but weren't in yours, and vice-versa.
Can i request my data to be deleted or my account to be removed?
Yes, if you send us an email then we can delete your account along with all of the data saved to it - once we do this we will not be able to recover it so you will need to create a brand new account after.
